Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
Returns must be notified within 14 days of receiving the order, and items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date the return request is submitted. All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all original hang tags and labels attached.

The shop reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, the shop does not provide return labels.

Please retain proof of postage until the returned item has been received and the refund has been processed by the shop.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange to another item you have 14 days from receiving the items to contact us. As soon as we have received and inspected the returned items we will ship you the new item. For any returns you need to contact us at kult.warsaw@gmail.com.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
