Ride Policy
Safety and Responsibility
Everyone is responsible for themselves: You participate in the ride at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any damage, injuries, or loss of property.
Mandatory equipment: We ask you to come to our ride prepared. We required basic cycling equipment such as: cycling shoes with cleats, helmet, lights, etc. Remember no cycling equipment = no ride with us. No exceptions.
Traffic rules apply: This is not a professional race. All participants must follow regular traffic regulations, including stopping at red lights, yielding the right of way when required, and showing respect for all other road users.
Bike condition: Your bicycle must be in safe and proper working order, with particular attention to functioning brakes. We strongly recommend using bike lights, including during daytime rides, to improve visibility and safety.
Riding Rules
If you get dropped — we don’t wait: This is a training ride, not a sightseeing tour. If the pace of your group is too high, continue riding solo or join the group behind you.
Finish: Everyone meets at the finish at Kult (Belwederska 44), where we socialize and discuss the route over something cold.
Fair Play and Group Etiquette
Communication: Always signal potholes, obstacles, cars approaching from the front or rear, and any maneuvers (turns, braking).
Predictability: Ride smoothly, avoid sudden movements, and never brake without warning.
Help others: If you see someone with a mechanical issue or involved in an accident, stop and help. That matters more than any KOM on Strava.
