1. Order Confirmation 

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and KULTCYCLING.COM. Once an order is completed on KULTCYCLING.COM, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order KULTCYCLING.COM reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery. 

2. Age Restriction
If the customer is under 18, permission must be obtained from a parent or other person of authority. 

3. Payment

KULTCYCLING.COM accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Apple Pay. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to KULTCYCLING.COM, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. KULTCYCLING.COM does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. 

All prices include Polish VAT (23%). Prices are without shipping or other services that KULTCYCLING.COM may offer. KULTCYCLING.COM reserves the right to change prices at any time. On KULTCYCLING.COM prices are shown in Polish Złoty (PLN). 

4. Local Levies
Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer. 

5. Returns
Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. The product must be returned unused in original packaging with hang tags and other labelling. A purchase can be undone, even though the product has been tested. A product is only tested if the test is beyond what is possible by testing the product in a physical store. If the item is used, a specific assessment will be made of what a used item can be sold at to another consumer. A possible worthy degradation will be imposed on the buyer. Shipments do not include return label, however KULTCYCLING.COM offer the below return options. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by KULTCYCLING.COM. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by KULTCYCLING.COM.

KULTCYCLING.COM offer free exchanges. Contact our team at below e-mail for return shipping options and specify "Exchange" along with order number in subject header.

6. Warranty

All products from KULTCYCLING.COM come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact us at kult.warsaw@gmail.com

7. Shipping

KULTCYCLING.COM sends packages with DPD in Poland as well as to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is e-mailed to the customer upon dispatch from KULTCYCLING.COM. Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 3-5 business days. KULTCYCLING.COM accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Shipping times are a guide. 

Shipping costs vary from country to country. The prices are shown on KULTCYCLING.COM and are added to the order when a customer places an order. Customer Service is at the customer's disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on kult.warsaw@gmail.com

KULTCYCLING.COM reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items. 

 

8. Ordering of goods 

We offer a 7-day reservation period for all ordered items. After 7 days, if payment is not received, we reserve the right to sell the items to others. If payment is completed within this period and local pickup is selected as the preferred delivery method, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the items from the store. Goods will be reserved for as long as needed. For orders with shipping to the customer's address, we will dispatch the order promptly after payment completion."

9. Privacy
KULTCYCLING.COM treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third parties. 

10. Cookies

KULTCYCLING.COM collects information about customer behavior on the website with the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on the client computer's hard drive which track the customer's behavior. Cookies are used to personalize the customer's online experience on KULTCYCLING.COM. Cookies are reliable files that can execute program code, cannot transmit viruses and cannot be used to gather information about the customer's internet use on external sites. KULTCYCLING.COM does not use cookies to collect or store personal information. The customer may choose not to accept cookies. Most Internet browsers allow you to delete or block cookies and to ask for the customer's consent before a cookie is stored. Managing cookies is in the web browser's preferences. Please note that if the customer does not wish to use cookies when visiting KULTCYCLING.COM, it may have an impact on the buying experience. KULTCYCLING.COM uses cookies to keep the customer's shopping cart updated and cookies are also required to execute a checkout. 

11. KULTCYCLING.COM uses the following cookies

KULTCYCLING.COM use cookies for the following general purposes: user functionality, statistics, sales and advertising. The functional cookies are used to ensure that KULTCYCLING.COM works as intended, which amongst other things, allows customers to be able to add items to the cart, complete a purchase etc. No personal information is stored and cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. We use services from Google (Google Analytics) to collect web statistics as well as Facebook (Facebook Pixel) for advertising.

If you opt-in for our newsletter, your information will be stored securely by MailChimp, which we use as our service provider for newsletters. When opting in for our newsletter, you automatically agree to receive marketing and advertising from KULTCYCLING.COM.

Cookies from these providers offer the ability to see which pages are visited, traffic referrals etc. This information is used to measure and improve the customer experience as well as analyzing up on sales and advertising campaigns.
